Television presenter Zahara Totto will be heading to South Africa after landing a juicy gig.
We have established that the former Live Wire presenter on Spark TV has been booked and paid to host the Starqt awards 2018 that will take place on Saturday November, 10 at Bedfordview Hall in Johannesburg, South Africa.
It however remains undisclosed exactly how much Zahara was paid as she has remained tight lipped about the figures.
The green carpet event will also feature performances from Ugandan musicians like Rema Namakula and Ziza Bafana.
The STARQT Awards was started by Stella Nankya, a South Africa based Ugandan and aim to celebrate, acknowledge and reward excellence honoring achievers in fields such as lifestyle, entertainment, business and sports and their impact on their communities.
Last year, the prestigious awards that had a blue carpet theme featured performance from Desire Luzinda and saw NBS TV presenter Anita Fabiola Kyarimpa scoop Media Personality of the Year award.
