Express return to action on Tuesday against Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) football club following a slump that has seen them go five games without winning.

The red eagles come into this encounter on the back of a 3-2 loss to arch rivals SC Villa over the weekend and will be hoping to return to winning ways against the tax collectors.

Wasswa Bossa, the Express head coach believes the team need to recover from their loss to SC Villa and focus on the game against URA.

“It is true we have had a poor run in the previous games but we need to put all that aside and put emphasis on our next game against URA,” said Bossa.

“We have had issues especially in our defence and goalkeeping department this season but I believe we have ironed out those mistakes and I think we are in the right mentality to face URA,” he added.

Express occupy 7th position on the logo with 14 points but their poor run has seen them fail to attain maximum points in the last five games picking just 3 out of the possible 15 points.

Defender Musa Mukasa returns to the team fold after serving a red card suspension he got against Police.

The red eagles have no major injury concerns but skipper Mike Mutyaba, Allan Kyambadde and Simon Sserunkuma who started on bench against SC Villa are expected to return to starting lineup.

On the other hand, URA come into  this fixture in 5th position on 16 points and have enjoyed fine form, unbeaten in the last four league games winning two and drawing two.

Shafik Kagimu, the club leading top scorer this season with four goals is expected to be the main source for goals alongside striker Bokota Labama and Peter Lwasa.
