Botladz Woodball club are close to sealing the inaugural Woodball league championship following an emphatic 3-0 defeat over fifth place Proway over the weekend.

Kisubi Corporates’ David Mutebi registered the highest individual fair way score of the day defeating UNEB’s Nehemiah Mitala 8-4, with no draw.
Raymond Sematta also supplemented the runner ups with 7-4 victory over Emmanuel Ababa to ensure Kisubi walked home with 3-0 win.
Only one game was played in the ladies league where Zoe Woodball club came from behind to brat Botladz 2-1.
Florence Mukoye had caused an early scare after defeating Charity Nagaba 6-4 before Mary Athieno restored parity squeezing 6-4 against Joan Mukova. Rachael Irina and Flavia Navubya completed the surge.
Titans never turned up for the games dishing out three walkovers to UNEB, stroke and Zoe respectively. Same fate with UCU, Lilly and STJIK, the latter two in women league.
