The Serbian tactician who felt it necessary to have his players tune up for the match on Wednesday, improvised the team’s hotel gardens to take the boys through simple drills of warm up, ball handling, combination and team work basics.
The boys seemed prepared for the fixture as they went about the session that lasted one hour before they returned to their rooms.
“This session has been good. I can see smiles on the players’ faces unlike Saturday night after the loss to Togo,” said Micho.
“I have confidence and high hopes in the group that is here to deliver on Wednesday. I’m preparing the boys mentally to focus on this game as a cup final,” the Serbian further revealed.
The Uganda Cranes will also have a stipulated training session today at 3:30pm (Local time), 6:30pm (EAST) at the Stade De Kutgue in Lome.
