Kyetume Football Club holding midfielder Deo Isejja has committed his future at the club for two more years.
The midfielder who joined the Slaughters in 2017 had run out of contract following the end of 2019/2020 season and has been a free agent since June.
Uganda Premier League big spenders Wakiso Giants FC, Jinja based side BUL FC and Express FC had expressed interest in Isejja’s services but the player has opted for a contract renewal.
Last season, Isejja scored two League goals and managed four assists helping the club finish in the 12th position after 25 matches before the abrupt ending of the season due to Coronavirus pandemic.
The Mukono based club has already signed former Onduparaka duo of Ezra Bidda and Muhammed Rashid alongside Steven Ibrahim Kabuye and Felix Okot.
Coached by Charles Livingstone Mbabazi, the Slaughters have this week confirmed Jackson Mayanja “Mia Mia” as their technical director for the forthcoming season.
The 2020/2021 StarTimes Uganda Premier League season is scheduled for 17th October provided the ban on sports activities is lifted by the government.
