The seventh edition of the Commercial Bank of Africa Uganda Vintage and Classic Auto Show 2018 will return to the Sheraton Hotel on 28th July with a unique and exciting experience similar to none before.
This is because of the number of additions to the show and meticulous planning that is being undertaken. This was revealed at the launch recently by the Ugandan Vintage and Classic Auto Show proprietor Dr. John Baptist Niwagaba.
“We have already started receiving entries and we anticipate 100, that is 90 cars and 10 bikes. We have received entries for the very first time from Tanzania and Rwanda and this is going to be very exciting for both the show-goers and as well as the competitors,” he said.
Adding that the highlight of the show will be a change from a static show where cars were judged in one place to a mobile car where cars will move to the judging arena thus offering a lively experience to both car owners and spectators.
Under the theme dubbed ‘BEAUTY AND THE BEASTS’, this year’s edition will see a new addition to the show which will include collectibles like old items that anybody would like to exhibit besides cars and bikes.
