Swangz Avenue’s Veronica Luggya alias Vinka has dropped a brand new song titled ‘Fimbo’, a love ballad. This is her second song after the singer’s maternity leave.
‘Fimbo’ is a love ballad in which she praises her man about how he showers her with love and care through a Fimbo. Written by Yesse Oman Rafiki, the song is a fusion of both the Luganda and Swahili.
The audio was done by Elia Keys and video shot by Swangz Avenue’s Marvin Musoke.
The video is full of life; the vixens did a perfect choreography and Vinka’s fashion sense and style did not disappoint.
The video was shot partly at National Theatre and the indoor setting brought life to the perfect colouring and shots.
While the singer was largely concentrating on growing her family in 2021, the previous year, 2020, was her vibrant phase as she released a song almost every month. She has mastered the art of putting out a hit song every year, something that has kept her game high on Uganda’s Music scene.
Mid last year, Vinka bounced back with a hit dance and gospel song titled ‘Thank God’ which has done well on different streams and topped charts on both local and international media platforms.
