Villa’s Sam Simbwa denies Tanzania Links

“Am hearing many people are beginning campaigns but in what framework are you  campaigning, when what is on the ground cannot allow free and fair election,” Bwanika noted.

Bwanika observed that the leaders in the country must come together and reject to follow in the plan of president Museveni in 2016.

“There is no need to participate in an election where we know that the results have already been determined; unless government allows putting in place the desired electoral reforms and constitutional reforms.”

He added that Ugandans ought to stop just escorting president Museveni to the race but rise up to ensure that the ground is clearly leveled to allow.

On the other hand, Bwanika praised Dr. Olara Otunu the UPC president’s decision not to stand for another time terming him as an exemplary leader from whom president Museveni must borrow a leaf.

Flamboyant SC Villa coach Sam Simbwa has played down media reports linking him to the vacant Azam FC (Tanzania) assistant coaching job.
