Sports Club Villa head coach Douglas Bamweyana and Kirinya Jinja SSS FC have been fined one million shillings for separate indiscipline cases.
In Baweyana’s case, the coach was found guilty of confronting the match officials after his team’s goalless draw against Ndejje University on Tuesday 16th April.
The referees’ report presented in front of the Fufa Disciplinary Panel accuse the coach of protesting a decision by the referees not to award a late penalty to his team.
In Kirinya Jinja SSS FC’s case, the Panel found the club’s fans guilty of disrupting their match day 27 clash with Paidha Black Angels.
The referees reported that a section of the fans pelted objects to the first assistant referee leading to a two minute stoppage in the 70th minute.
The Panel based their judgement on Article 30(8)(5) of the Fufa Competitions Rules.
