Jinja road based Victoria University (VU) recently launched an anthem at National Theater in Kampala.
Composed by Diplock Segawa and VU students, the song is aimed at boosting the University’s identity.
The Anthem is also performed by students of VU
According to Elvis Nimaro, the senior Marketing and Recruitment Specialist at Victoria University, “The song communicates the values of VU and what it intends to offer to the education sector and region. The anthem also signifies growth of the university as it embraces students of from the region and diaspora.”
He adds, “It signifies who we are besides our brand and logo.”
Owned by Ruparelia Group, Victoria University continues to stamp its presence on the country’s education sphere by investing in facilities and human resource that are ensuring that students get quality education.
