UTL to Reward Customers in ‘Customer Appreciation Week 2016’

Uganda Telecom (UTL) is set to conduct a Customer Appreciation Week to customers for their loyalty to the Brand throughout the years.

Throughout the week, recipe customers will also get to engage and interact with the UTL Senior Management Team who will be situated at the different service centers country wide.

All a customer has to do, thumb is walk into any UTL service centre, viagra 60mg transact (purchase a product, pay for a service, and make a transaction) and walk away with a UTL goodie.

Customers will be rewarded daily throughout the week at every UTL service centre, countrywide. They will walk away with prizes ranging from Cash (Msente), T-shirts, bottles, pens, Key rings plus many other UTL goodies.

“The objective of having this Customer Appreciation Week is to encourage continuous customer engagement between UTL staff and customers such that the customer experience with the brand is improved continuously,” Said Jackie Kihuguru Kizito, the Head of Customer Services at UTL.

“Through such engagements, we as a brand are able to identify customer pain points that can be addressed, improved or developed into new products altogether. We live by our Tagline; it’s all about U. That’s why we continuously engage with our customers through many initiatives such as this, because we value their feedback and commitment to the brand.”

“I therefore encourage all current and potential UTL customers to visit any UTL service centre countrywide throughout the week, physically interact with members of our Senior Management Team, and get to walk away with a free UTL goodie while you are at it.”

“As a brand we are sensitive to the needs of the community that we operate in and we are very keen on addressing these needs however way we can.  That’s why as part of this Customer Appreciation Week, UTL will also be visiting and making a donation to Kawempe-Mulago Hospital on Wednesday September 21, 2016.”
