Onduparaka FC returned to winning ways in scintillating fashion with a comfortable 3-0 win against Ndejje University FC.

The Caterpillars who played the game under caretaker manager Simeon Masaba after Asaph Mwebaze threw in the towel a day prior to the game made light work of the visitors to win their first game after going three without testing victory.

The home side were the better team right from onset and took the lead 19 minutes into the game with defender Dennis Okot scoring.

The former KCCA FC skipper sent a ferocious strike straight to the back of the net after being teed up by  diminutive midfielder Gadaffi Gadinho’s  to give Onduparaka the lead.

Gadinho later on in the second half registered his name on the score sheet this time scoring off Caesar Okhuti’s delivery.

Abel Eturude put the icing on the cake in the 79th minute with his first goal since joining Onduparaka FC from SC Villa at the start of this season.

The result meant Onduparaka FC moved up from 7th to 5th on 14 points while Ndejje University dropped to 12th on 6 points.

Action continues on Wednesday with Tooro United hosting SC Villa at Buhinga stadium in Fort Portal.
