UPL: No Room For Errors As KCCA Go For Maximum Points

KCCA FC vs Ndejje University

KCCA will look to extend their lead on top with victory as they take on Ndejje University at the StarTimes Stadium in Lugogo.

The hosts are on top of the 16 team log with 21 points from nine games – Three points better than Bright Stars and Vipers who have managed nine and eight games respectively.

On the day, the club will give KCCA ED Jenifer Musisi a perfect send off with a cocktail part shortly after the game.

Speaking during a pre match conference at Lugogo, KCCA gaffer Mike Mutebi briefly noted: “We take every game serious because these are all competitors in the league. We want to play and win and boost the morale of the players.”

KCCA will welcome back the trio of Muzamir Mutyaba, Saddam Juma and Gift Ali from injury, Coach Mutebi confirmed the development.

The trio will add depth to the midfield as Coach Mike Mutebi will bank on Patrick Kaddu for the goals.

KCCA who are still unbeated in the league so far, have won six and drawn three games.

The Uganda Cup holders are on a three game winning run since their last draw against Vipers in Kitende. They have beaten up on Villa, Nyamityobora and Maroons.

The visitors are already in the red zone – 14 on the log with 7 points from nine games. They have won 2, drawn 1 and lost 6 games.

The visitors’ only two victories came against Ndejje and Paidha Black Angels – All at home in Bombo, Luwero.
