Paidha Black Angels vs Express FC
Express FC will look to pick a positive result from their long trip to Arua.
The Red Eagles face debutants Paidha Black Angels at the GreenLight Stadium in the Uganda Premier League.
Fresh from home victory, Coach Kefa Kisala stated that his side will have to draw inspiration from Tooro win, if they are to pick a victory.
“It was a good performance (2-0 vs Tooro) most especially to the players but also us the coaches it gives us a lesson how we prepared and how the players prepared,” Kisala told the club website.
He added: “The win becomes a carbon copy to refer to it so what I know they are motivated but we have to prepare them not to be over excited. We shall try to prepare them to be composed and stay focused.”
Despite coming into the game in buoyant moods, the game will be a big test for Express who will face the rowdy Paidha fans who create a hostile environment for the visitors.
The team also may be affected by the fatigue after traveling a long distance to the West Nile.
“We have to prepare our players to be mentally tough for all those situations, we have done that and they are aware.
“Its not an easy game because we are going to play Paidha who are at home and won their first home game but we going to prepare our players which we have done what I know is that we shall come back with a positive result.”
The visitors will be without Lawrence Kigonya, Ruben Paul Kabuye, Nasir Mbabali and Billy Nkata.
Paidha will look to experienced players like Andrea Kidega, Yuda Mugaru and Bernard Agele (formerly at Express), for a result.
Express are sixth on the log with eight points. The hosts are 14th with just four points.
