The last league encounter between KCCA FC and URA FC ended in a goals galore with the former winning 7-2 in Lugogo a result that forced the then head coach at URA FC, Paul ‘Latest’ Nkata to resign.

However, since then the tax collectors since then have gone 17 games unbeaten under the stewardship of Sam Ssimbwa.

The unique factor ahead of the game on Tuesday is that it features two teams that have the best attack and defence in the league this season.

Whereas KCCA FC have scored the most goals(33), URA FC on the other hand have conceded the least goals in the league this season (4 goals).

Of the 14 games played so far, Mike Mutebi’s charges have failed to find the back of the net only on two occasions ( against Kirinya Jinja SS and Mbarara City FC) with both games ending in barren draws.

URA FC have been compact at the back allowing only four teams of the 13 they have faced this season to score. These include Kirinya Jinja SS, Maroons FC, Mbarara City FC and Onduparaka FC. The tax collectors have thus kept 9 clean sheets more than any other team this season

Besides, the clash will be a renewal of acquaintances as Sam Ssimbwa faces off with Mike Mutebi. It should be noted that the two worked together at KCCA FC in 2015.

Mutebi in a pre match press briefing stated that he will maintain his philosophy of playing attacking football.

” URA FC is a good team, they have been good especially at the back but we go into this game hoping for maximum points. We shall maintain our style like we have done in all games. ” He said.

The Kasasiro Boys have enjoyed fine form of recent including outwitting Police FC 6-3 in their last game.

URA FC on the other hand, have not been efficient going forward scoring a meager 11 goals. Only Tooro United, Ndejje University and Paidha Black Angels have scored less.
