According to Prosecution, Ssewanyana handed Tumusiime to a group of rowdy youths led by Senyonga who beat and kicked him to death.
After 3 days of searching, Tumusiime’s body was found at Mulago city mortuary with numerous wounds which prompted his family to report a murder case at Old Kampala police station.
The suspects denied the charges but didn’t apply for bail as none of their lawyers was in court by the time of plea taking.
