Onduparaka Football Club have had a good run in the league since the departure of head coach Livingstone Mbabazi.

The Arua based will hope to keep momentum as they host Maroons FC at Betway Greenlight stadium on Monday.

Now under caretaker manager Simeon Masaba, the Caterpillars have gone three games without defeat and not conceded a goal therein.

A goalless draw away to UPDF FC was followed by a commanding 3-0 home win against hapless Masavu FC before edging Proline FC 1-0 last week.

Diminutive winger Viane Ssekajjugo has been a key figure in Onduparaka’s revival putting up decent performances in the previous games.

Viane Ssekajjugo has scored three goals in the last two games

The former Saints FC, JMC Hippos and Masaka LC midfielder has scored three goals in the last two games for the Arua based side.

With the return of lanky defender Rashid Toha , Onduparaka’s backline looks more stable keeping three clean sheets in the last three games.

Simba Sibir is ruled out of the game but midfielder Gaddafi Gadihno who missed the trip to Kampala last week is now available for selection.

Maroons FC on the other hand have no major concerns but a slump in form has seen them win just once in the last four league games.

Maroons FC midfielder Ronald Orombi will be key in taming Onduparaka FC

Onduparaka who are 5th on the table with 36 points won the first leg encounter 2-0 courtesy of Caesar Okhuti’s brace. Maroons FC are just two places further on 31 points.
