Buildcon, a football club that plays in the Zambian Super League has released 16 players.
Uganda Cranes defender Isaac Isinde did not survive the cut together with Country-mate Boban Zirintuusa.
Isinde joined Buildcon FC almost a year ago, following his impressive display with the Uganda Cranes in the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations in Gabon. The defender joined the Zambian outfits as a free agent following the expiry of his contract from Ethiopia’s St. George.
The club that finished 9th last season in Zambia’s top flight division with 55 points has retained striker Geoffrey Sserunkuma.
It should be remembered that Buildcon FC have in this concluded January transfer window signed Express FC younster Abdul Kasule.

Born on April 16th in 1991, Isinde started playing serious football at Jinja Senior Secondary School.
The defender has been at Iganga Town Council, Simba, Victors, St George and Buildcon FC.
He has been in the Cranes set-up since 2010.
He has won four Ethiopian Premier League titles and 2 Ethiopian FA Cups during his 5 year-stay at Saint George.
