Uganda Cranes is among the four nations that will take part in a pre-CHAN Tournament slated to take place in Yaounde, Cameroon.
The Cameroonian Football Federation (FECAFOOT) on Thursday confirmed the development.
FECAFOOT further announced that the confirmed four Nations (Uganda, Zambia, Niger and hosts Cameroon) are expected to touch base in Cameroon on the 30th of December, 2020.
The minitournament will take place in Yaoundé – Cameroon between 1st to 7th January 2021.
The one-week tournament will help put the teams in good shape and prepare them for the African Nations Championship (CHAN) finals scheduled for January 16th to February 7th 2021 across four cities in Cameroon.
The Uganda Cranes were pitted in group C alongside Morocco, Togo and Rwanda for the CHAN finals.
