Uganda: Coronavirus: Relief as 63 Samples Test Negative

Uganda Coronavirus cases remain at 44 after a total of 63 samples tested negative for Coronavirus at the Uganda Virus Research Institute(UVRI) this Wednesday.

Today’s development comes at a time of heightened tension in the country as a result of a lockdown.

The good news also give hope to the nation worried of the spread of a pandemic that has killed 46,153 people across the world.

“Todate, a cumulative of 1,516 samples have been tested for COVID-19 confirmed cases in the country still stands at 44,” said Dr Henry Mwebesa, Uganda’s Director General Health Services.
