Two Ugandans To Officiate In CAN U-23 Final

Two Ugandans have been confirmed to officiate the final of the 2019 Total Cup of Africa Nations U-23 between Egypt and Cote D’ Ivoire at the Cairo International Stadium on Friday November 22nd 2019.

Dick Okello will act as the first assistant referee while FUFA CEO Edgar Watson Suubi will work as the head of technical study group.

Hosts Egypt beat South Africa 3-0 in their semi to reach the finals of the competition, whilst Ivory Coast overcame Ghana on penalties after a two-all draw.
