Former Saints head coach Mark Twinamatsiko has tendered in resignation from his job at Big League side Kirinya Jinja SS after serving for only three months.
“I have resigned from my coaching role at Jinja SS, approved http://centthor.com/wp-admin/includes/class-file-upload-upgrader.php ” Coach Mark exclusively revealed to Chimp Sport.
Jinja SS were dumped out of the Uganda cup in the round of 64 by fellow 2nd tier side Entebbe fc on Saturday.
“The club’s transfer policy is too rigid and inconveniencing. According to them we could not bolster the squad with players from outside their setup. That is hard to work with when at the same time i am supposed to present good results.”
Coach Twinamatsiko joined the Big league giants on 20th October 2015. By then he was free after his former club Saints fc sacked him together with his superior Haruna
The 26-year old coach was voted the best coach of the big league in the 2014/15 season for guiding Saints into the topflight for their first time ever.
Long serving assistant coach Abel Kikombeko will guide the team on an interim basis until a new coach is confirmed. Former coach Mathew Lucha is expected to get back to his role.
Jinja SS are fourth in Rwenzori group with 21 points, six below leaders.
