Crown Beverages Limited (CBL), the bottler of soft drinks; Pepsi, Mirinda, Mountain Dew, Sting, and Nivana Water yesterday handed Ms. Pauline Tumwebaze a Toyota Wish, in the ongoing Tukonectinge with Pepsi consumer reward promotion.
The ongoing under the crown campaign that was unveiled to the public in early April, has seen thousands of Crown Beverages customers participate, and win prizes including 16 out of 25 Toyota Wish Cars, 15 out 24 fully paid trips to Dubai, 12 out of the 24 Fridges, among other things like airtime, instant cash and free soda.
Ms. Pauline Tumwebaze, one of the winners of the Toyota wish car said that she couldn’t hold back joy over finally owning a car. She expressed gratitude to Pepsi for the transparency they have shown.
“I received a call letting me know that I was a potential lucky winner and was invited to attend the TV show where a draw would be held live on TV. At the draw I was paired with another person who was invited to the show. Mr. Lauben Ndahayo, and I paired while at the TV show on Sunday by picking identical numbers after spinning the bottles which meant we had to try our luck by choosing the right box that contained the final prize.” explained Ms. Tumwebaze.
The other participants at the draw also did the same spin with the bottles and picked boxes. One (1) took home the Pepsi branded refrigerators while the other two (2) won the fully paid trip to Dubai that they will be taking in the month of July.
In the past, Crown Beverages has rolled out successful promotions Twangula, Sala Puleesa, Chamuka, Motozela, Mirindarific and many others in which consumers have won cars, and lots of other prizes.
“This year’s promotion is aimed at deepening existing and creating new relationships across the Country, this week, we were able to connect two regions that is the Western and Central regions to be precise, Kyenjojo and Namugongo where our winners are based,” stated Mr. Andrew Senyonjo, Namugongo Territory Sales Manager, Crown Beverages Limited.
“Yesterday we handed over the car to Mr. Lauben in Kyenjojo, and today we are handing over to Ms. Pauline Tumwebaze, who paired with Lauben during the TV show.”
Through the campaign, Pepsi will reward its consumers with a total of; 24 fully-paid trips to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, 25 Toyota Wish cars, 24 Home Fridges as well as instant mobile money cash and airtime in different denominations, among other prizes. The 25th car will be given to the participant with the highest SMS entries in the campaign added Mr. Senyonjo.
The campaign will run until the end of July, 2019.
How to participate in the Tukonectinge with Pepsi promotion;
- Buy a glass bottle of either Pepsi, Mirinda or Mountain Dew.
- SMS the code under the crowns to 7888. Customers can send more than one code to 7888 in one single SMS.
- You can also win instant prizes like airtime, cash and even more Soda or Pepsi branded merchandize.
