The Minister for finance, http://cnafinance.com/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack-user-agent.php Matia Kasaija is calling on religious leaders to preach ethics and integrity among esecially civil servants and also guide Christians to have enough food security in their homes.
Minister Kasaija explained during the weekend that the word of God alone to Christians is not enough unless they have enough food in their homes.
He said some children are suffering from kwashiorkor because of poor feeding as parents lack enough food.
Kasaija made the remarks on Sunday while at the thanksgiving mass of Rev.Fr. Baguma Andrew upon being ordained priest in Rukindo Village in Kibaale town Council Kibaale District.
The Minister warned at the event that corruption among civil servants and politicians is caused by lack of integrity and ethics; and thus encouraged religious leaders to ensure that they always remind civil servants and politicians about the need for integrity and ethics at work.
