The four include Derrick Tekko and Julius Ntambi who join in from relegated Kira Young Fc, and Yayo Lutimba from Tanzania Vodacom premier league side Coastal Union FC and Bob Kasozi from Express on a two year deal.

The tax collectors parted ways with former tactician Alex Isabirye after a poor trophy-less season and hired Uganda Cranes assistant coaches Moses Basena and Kefa Kisala as his deputy.

Earlier on, URA FC had extended the contracts of top marksman Robert Sentongo, Allan Munaaba, Samuel Senkoomi, Samuel Sekitto and Elkanah Nkugwa to stay at the club for the next two seasons.

The tax collectors may lose Saidi Kyeyune, Yassar Mugerwa and Frank Kalanda who are currently in progressive trials at South African sides, Orlando Pirates and Free States Stars respectively.
