Ugandan supermodel Aamito Stacie Lagum says it’s “too early” for her to start thinking about marriage.
The 24-year old who is in the country for her model master class told ChimpLyf that marriage doesn’t come overnight but rather a long understanding between two people.
“I would love to get married at some point but not now,” she said, adding that “Marriage isn’t something you will just bump into and succeed”
“It takes time and I really can’t wait for that time,” She said.
When asked on whether the process wouldn’t interfere with the career, the Africa’s next top model winner laughed it off.
“Hehehehe, I thought married people were supposed to support each other, I can’t give up on me even when I am married. I will have my kids and still grace the runaway.” She added.
Aamito rose to fame when she came top at the first edition of Africa’s Next top Model cycle in South Africa.
She defeated 12 other equally good contestants and has since graced top magazine covers and runways across the globe.
