Proline FC head Coach Shafiq Bisaso use their Pilsner Super 8 clash against Vipers to test his team’s readiness for its upcoming Caf Confederations Cup tie against Masters Security FC from Malawi.
The two sides face each other in the first match of the Super 8 quarterfinals on Wednesday at the StarTimes stadium in Lugogo ten days before their continental debut.
“We have prepared very well for the match [vs Vipers] but the most important one that has kept us in camp is the upcoming Caf Confederations Cup,” Bisaso remarked in his pre-match interview.
“We shall do our best against Vipers because it is a good team that will bring out the best from us and give us a true picture of our preparations for the Caf Confederations cup. This initiative [Super 8] is good because it helps teams especially heading to the continent a good test. I expect to have several new players in the match to gauge them,” he added.
Proline qualified for the Super 8 after reaching finals of last season’s Fufa Big league.
