Stay Away from Bad NGO’s – Bishop Orombi Warns Youths

The Former Archbishop of the Church Of Uganda, salve His Grace Henry Luke Orombi has asked Ugandan youths to stay away from some human rights activists and organizations which are promoting immorality in the name of defending human rights.

“Some people have been heard saying that Homosexuality is a human right and that those who engage in it are exercising their rights; this is dangerous to our generation, viagra sale this must be avoided,” said Orombi.

The Archbishop was on Sunday Afternoon meeting youths in Kabale district in a half day conference at Rugarama convention ground in Kabale municipality.

Orombi noted that most youth today have been caught up by the modern lifestyle and thus some cannot differentiate between bad and good acts.

“If you want to receive God’s blessings you must be ready to desist from your sinful ways,” said Orombi.

Orombi who described himself as an international evangelist said he was in Kigezi diocese by invitation from the diocesan Bishop, Rt. Rev. George Bagamuhunda on his way to Rwanda for a mission.

Speaking at the same function, Bishop Bagamuhunda hailed Orombi for his commitment to inspire the youth during his ministry.

“While Archbishop, Orombi blessed many youth with his sermons and even after his retirement, he still does. We thank God for giving us such an inspirational man,” said Bagamuhunda.


Dr. Drake Aduba, the Lango diocesan mission coordinator asked the youth to avoid engaging in sinful acts that do not reflect their age.

“Some of you want to live like old people when you are still young. You want to show off while using other people’s property as if it is yours. Focus on your destiny by doing what deserves you,” said Aduba.

The half day conference which saw more than 100 youth give their lives to Christ attracted participants from Hornby High School, Bishop Kivengere Girls S.S, Kigezi High School, Bishop Barham University, and Kigezi College Butobere among others.
