Singer Tugume Wycliff commonly known as Ykee Benda turned a year older on Saturday November 10, with hundreds of his fans and fellow celebrities taking to social media to wish him a happy birthday.
The ‘Amina’ hit maker’s friends and family took up the celebrations a notch higher by treating him to a surprise birthday party.
Ykee Benda was tricked to the party venue at Fenon Records and upon arrival; he was drenched with buckets of water.
A video posted on the star’s Instagram page, shows his Givenchy attire that he joked was worth Shs.100m drenched in water.
Ykee Benda then had a change of clothes and was joined by his loved ones that included legendary music producer Steve Jean, employees at his recently launched music studio Mpaka Records and his family, to cut his birthday cake.
The singer took to social media to document the party, posting several photos and gushing about his people.
