It’s no longer news that Uganda’s sensational singer Sheebah Karungi is one of Uganda’s representatives in the ongoing coke Studio Africa.
The self-proclaimed Queen and Swag Mama was paired with Asgegnew Ashko from Ethiopia.
Speaking to journalists at Stanley Hotel in Nairobi, the “Nkwatako” singer said that she was nearing her dream of becoming the biggest star she knows.
“My dream is to be the biggest super star I can ever be,” she said.
“Being on Coke Studio Africa this year is one of the things that make me feel like am on my way now”
The singer also told the press how “Africa is recognizing me and I am happy to be working with talented producers and musicians.”
On how the project will aid her career growth, Sheebah says: “I am going to use this opportunity to do everything I can to go the next level. Looking forward to knowing everybody and Africa knowing me.” She said.
Sheebah is representing the Motherland alongside other superstars like Lydia Jazmine, Bebe Cool, Ykee Benda among others.
