Sejusa meets Museveni, Discuss Retirement

Baboon Forest rapper, order Big Trill has intimated to ChimpLyf the reason why he is leaving Vision Group owned X FM radio.

Big Trill has been presenting The request show program since the rebranding of the station but recently, ambulance it was disclosed that he was leaving the station after over 3 years there.

Big Trill noted that he was leaving in order to concentrate on music as he works on his upcoming album, ‘Trilliology’. 

“I realized that I was cheating my music career by serving two masters at a go. But that does not mean that I will not return to radio. I want to first work on this album with all my energy and then see what comes next,” Big Trill told our reporter.

Big Trill also rubbished media reports that he had been fired because the ratings of the program had gone down. The reports had also claimed that the move had been made so that he paves way for motor mouthed Mary Luswata to present the show.

“Ha-ha that is so inaccurate. I was not fired. I only chose to leave. I cannot go crazy about what the media say because I know most media houses just imagine information. Of course not you guys. I have not seen a fabricated story on your website,” he said.

When ChimpLyf met Trizzy, he was in studio working on one of the songs on his album.

According to area residents, Mwiima has been taking bribes from suspects so that he frustrates accusations against them.

Sejusa and Gen Elly Tumwine had earlier on met at  the former’s home before proceeding to Entebbe.

According to the former spymaster, others in the meeting included my lawyers David Mushabe and Mike Mabikke; Gen.Tumwine and Brig. Ramathan Kyamuresire.

“We discussed my retirement from the army and the President said this would be handled,” Sejusa said in a statement read by Mabikke.

Sejusa further noted that they agreed on  the army  vacating  his home and sanity returns.

In an interview with ChimpReports, David Mushabe(one of Sejusa’s lawyers) said it was a brief meeting but full of diplomacy from both parties.

“There was no fire spitting because each party knew very well what they wanted and both agreed to desist from misleading statements,”Mushabe noted of the 40 minute meeting.

Circumstances Sorrounding Sejusa’s Return

According to officials from State House, the President said he had desisted from commenting on the issue of Gen. Ssejusa but in this meeting explained in details the circumstances that surrounded the return of the former coordinator of intelligence organs.

“When I learnt that he wanted to come back, I sent 3 people to contact Gen. Tinyefuza regardless of what had happened. I would see how to ensure his safe entry and sort out all the confusion arising from his stay in London,” the President said in the  meeting according to State House officials.

Among those officials sent to Sejusa included Micheal Katungi and Janet Anyine who contacted initiated talks for the General’s return.


“He agreed to come back at his own cost. I had seen in the papers that he had been bribed but that is not true. We actually wanted to give him an air ticket but he said he was a rich man. I don’t know where he got the money from.”

The President further explained that because he was handling Sejusa’s return by himself, he did not involve anybody  except Katungi and Anyine.

“I don’t think even Brig. Nalweyiso who was facilitating their travel knew. I did not tell her what we were doing. Because I did not tell anybody, I did not want him to come and then be arrested at the airport; that is why on the day he was coming I had travelled to Abu Dhabi but was on phone with the young people who told me he was coming.”

“Because I did not want him to be harassed at the airport, I sent Brig. Balya at the last minute to wait for Gen. Tinyefuza but not to arrest him,” Museveni said.
