Rugunda Arrives in Venezuela for NAM Summit

Prime Minister, physician http://contemporarydancevideos.com/wp-admin/includes/misc.php Dr. Ruhakana Rugunda has Saturday arrived at Margarita Airport in Venezuela where he is representing Uganda at the 17th Summit of the Non Aligned Movement (NAM) countries.

NAM is a grouping of 120 countries which were not aligned to the East or West during the Cold War.

The grouping played a critical role championing for independence of countries of Africa, http://claude-nicaud.com/new/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/admin/includes/admin-functions.php Asia, South America, Caribbean and Pacific regions.

Happening for the seventh time, the summit will run under the theme “Peace, Sovereignty and Solidarity for Development.”

The last recent NAM Summits were hosted by Colombia (1995), South Africa (1998), Malaysia (2003), Cuba (2006), Egypt (2009), and Iran (2012).
