Rolex Maker’s Hope Revived After Winning Toyota Wish Car

Lasuli Ngobi a Chapatti makeshift stall owner, and resident of Mubende Town, is among the recent batch of winners to walk away with a Tukonectinge branded Toyota wish from Crown Beverages, under the ongoing Tukonectinge with Pepsi promotion.

“I am thankful to Allah who granted me an early Eid gift. I did not expect it, though I prayed for a miracle.” Ngobi said, adding that, “During the Ramadhan season, I would buy sodas for my neighbours at work and keep the bottle tops which I would later send the codes with my partner to enter the Tukonectinge promo and stand a chance to win” he remarked.

“I paired with my wife who was sceptical at first, but when we both received airtime and later mobile money at the initial stages of taking part in the promotion, she became a devoted participant and I am glad she finally bought in,” added Ngobi.

Ngobi explained that owning a car came sooner than expected because his chapatti business barely makes him enough to meet his personal and family expenses and only expresses his gratitude to Allah who made this dream become a reality.
