Proline Let Go of Midfielder Sam Kintu

Following Bright Anukani’s loan move to KCCA FC, Proline Football Club has again let go of another key player in Sam Kintu “Tiyo”, ChimpReports has learnt.

It is said that both Kintu and Proline have agreed to part ways on mutual consent despite the player having a year left on his contract.

This website can reveal that the club has already given the player a release letter and is free to join a club of his choice as a free agent.

Proline’s recent relegation from the top flight league to the FUFA Big League is sure to lead to an great player exodus as many players are not willing to play in the second division next season and have already handed in their transfer requests.

Kintu previously helped Proline win the 2018/2019 FUFA Big League and the Stanbic Uganda Cup tournament in the same season.

Kintu is expected to reunite with head coach Wasswa Bbosa after a fruitful spell at FUFA Drum tournament at Kampala region.

Also, former Proline captain and midfielder Joseph Mandela has already departed the Lugogo based side for greener pastures.
