Proline FC Midfielder Goes AWOL

Proline Football club have plunged into new depths in as far as the relegation battle is concerned. Second from the bottom of the table on just 19 points, the club seems to be get closer to the relegation monster every passing day.

Amidst all that, a club would want to have all its players available and focused to make a committed fight but this in not the case at Proline FC.

Midfielder Ronald Musana has gone AWOL (Away Without Official Leave) from the Lugogo based club.

Mujib Kasule,  the club director and head coach revealed to www.chimpsports.com that midfielder Ronald Musana has gone AWOL( Away Without Official Leave).
Kasule let the cat out of the bag on Wednesday after Proline’s 1-0 loss to Onduparaka FC at Startimes stadium.
” Ronald Musana has now not appeared in training close to a week.  We have tried all means to reach him but all in vain. As a club we are not sure where he is.” Said a disappointed Kasule.
Musana joined  Proline FC in January this year but has not had enough playing time.
He has previously played for KCCA FC,  Saints FC,  Nakumatt, KCB and Tusker FC among others.
Kasule was also quick to point out the poor commitment and attitude from his players indicating the club has tried all necessary means to motivate them.
“When the results are not coming, you try and motivate the players to lift their confidence which we have done but the commitment is lacking. We do not give in our best and that’s why the team is struggling to get results.”
Despite all the challenges, Kasule is optimistic Proline FC can survive relegation in their last eight games if they make quick amends.
The team is second from bottom on 19 points same as fellow relegation candidates Express FC and Masavu FC.
