Police Football Club have sacked their coaching staff following dismal performances in the league.
Coach Abdallah Mubiru and his entire coaching team have been relieved of their duties on Saturday . His assistant John Luyinda and goalkeeping coach James Magala have not been spared .
The development comes just a day after falling heavily to Onduparaka FC 5-0 in the game played at Mandela National Stadium.
Police FC began the season on a high and led the league table for several days but a slump in performance resulted into a crisis and the club has struggled to find consistency.
Since the start of the year, the Cops have played 13 games across all competitions winning just three, drawing twice and losing the rest.
It should be noted that Club chairman Asan Kasingye decided to step down voluntarily in February 2018 after the 2-1 loss to UPDF FC.
Mubiru took over reigns at the 2005 league winners in December 2016 replacing Sam Timbe.
Police FC is currently 7th in the league with 32 and already exited the Uganda Cup at the hands of Vipers SC.
