Saturday, November 17, 2018, will forever be in the memories of NTV’s gorgeous news anchor Flavia Tumusiime and Andrew Kabuura.
All roads led to Kiruhura as Flavia officially introduced her fiancé, celebrated sports journalist Kabuura to her parents in a traditional marriage ceremony known as ‘Kuhingira’.
The ceremony attended by the pair’s closest friends and relatives took place at the home of Flavia’s parents in Kiruhura-Western Uganda.
At the event, Kabuura officially asked Flavia’s parents for her hand in marriage while kneeling on one knee where he revealed he wants to spend the rest of his life with the dark skinned Capital FM presenter.
Kabuura first met Flavia’s parents in August this year during the official visit-Kukyala.
Months after, Flavia was reported pregnant.
The two are set to walk down the aisle early next year.
Kabuura secretly proposed to the NTV news anchor in May but Flavia could not contain her excitement and announced her engagement live on television during one of her Morning at NTV talk shows saying, ‘I got engaged over the weekend’ to her co-host Maala Kivila Odera.
