PHOTOS: UPDF Officers Shine in Addis Ababa

When contacted on phone, the UPDF and Defense Ministry Spokesman, Brig. Richard Karemire said the visit is vital in preparing the officers for future administration and understanding of security beyond borders.

“UPDF has for long now been a force that not only maintaining peace in Uganda but also other areas. The current visit is to broaden the understanding of our officers about security developments beyond borders considering we are Pan-Africanists,” Brig. Karemire said.
