City comedian Alex Muhangi is one of the few comedians who have reaped big from the industry through his numerous gigs in and out of the country.
The recent being the East African Comedy hosted by Kenyan comedian Chipukeezy at KICC in Nairobi, Kenya.
The show also saw performances from Kansiime, Idris Sultan(TZ) BaBu from Rwanda with Eric Omondi.
The father of one started the tour with visiting radio and television stations in Nairobi alongside other comedians before hitting the stage on Saturday night to leave Kenyans yearning for him to change nationality.
Speaking to ChimpLyf, the pencil-thin comedian said no matter how many times he has performed in Kenya, this is so far one of the best.
“Headlining at the East African comedy show was amazing, I left them (Kenyans) in stitches it was worth it,” he said.
The Comedy Store Uganda CEO added that despite being away his heart was pumping for his Ugandan fans who have been on a break for over a month.
“I am still on the road after Comedy Store returns this Thursday and I can’t wait for my people to see what we have been keeping for them,” he added.
He will later be headed for Tanzania, Rwanda, and later UK and UNAA Conventions in London and Seattle respectively in September.
