There was fracas at Parliament this Monday afternoon, as police arrested a young man carrying a severed head of a juvenile.
The head of the child according to eye witnesses appeared to have been recently detached.
The suspect now in custody, who was wearing a school uniform had wrapped the head in a box and labeled it as a gift for the Speaker, Rebecca Kadaga.
Security apprehended him as he tried to gain access to the building.
The boy, whose identity is yet to be made public, was immediately taken to one of the rooms used by security at Parliament, to avoid onlookers and Parliament press.
Security was immediately heightened at Parliament as the forensic team arrive to start investigations.
Police is yet to speak out on the matter.
