PAIN: Kyambogo Student Crushed by Factory Machines

Kyambogo University was yesterday evening struck by horrific passing of Wycliffe Beinomugisha, an engineering student.

Beinomugisha who was pursuing a Bachelors Science in Environmental Engineering, according to his friend Vitus Mugadi, “was crushed by a machine while in operation at Rwenzori factory.”

Beinomugisha was an intern at the company.

Today morning, his friends from Mackay Memorial College and Namirembe Hillside high school where he went for ‘O’ and ‘A’ level respectively, took to social media to eulogize him

Prince Saul Musiita, wrote, “Beinomugisha Wycliffe I will miss you ma brother. May his soul rest in eternal peace.”

“Oooh God death has robbed another soldier Beinomugisha Wycliffe. OB Mackay College I will always miss you bro for your love and support always,” said Ignatius wise.

Nobert Rwabiite, reminiscent of their college days, penned: “I will leave to remember you my classmate of Mackay Memorial College Nateete. I will always miss your fun, love and jokes.”

“So when I remember time I was with you in S.6, and I feel sad. R.I.P Beinomugisha Wyclifef. He died today evening,” he added.


Beinomugisha will be buried on Friday in Ibanda.
