Embattled Constitutional Affairs Minister Rtd. Maj Gen Kahinda Otafiire has issued a passionate plea for the people of Ruhinda Constituency in Mitooma District to “remember where we came from” as he seeks to retain his MP seat.

The NRA bush war hero has since circulated posters with a campaign catchphrase “Banya’Ruhinda Mwijukye Ahiturugire” which can be loosely translated as “Fellow colleagues of Ruhinda, find http://dailycoffeenews.com/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/json-endpoints/class.wpcom-json-api-update-customcss.php do not forget our past.”
