Uganda Premier League side Onduparaka Football Club has once again hit the transfer market and netted three players ahead of 2020/2021 campaign.
The Caterpillars have signed center back Augustine Akoch, as well as two midfielders in Jasper Okello and Nelson Opio.
Akoch joins Onduparaka from relegated Regional League side Light SS and has penned a two-year contract.
The duo of Jasper Okello and Nelson Opio join from Saviors FC and have signed one-year and three-year contracts respectively. They both previously featured for Lango province in the 2019 FUFA Drum tournament.
The trio joins already signed players in Bony Musema, Jerry Jakisa and Kennedy Atibuni.
They will look to fill the void left by departed players in Hassan Muhamood (Police), Abel Eturude (Express FC), Ezra Bida and Andama Sabir that left Arua for greener pastures.
Last season, Onduparaka FC finished eighth on the log on 31 points and will next season be coached by new man, Vialli Bainomugisha who replaced Someon Masaaba.
