Nsimbe thanked his players for the spirited performance exhibited against Onduparaka FC and believes the win can spark his team to recovery.

” It was a win that we needed most. We have not been getting the result so we wanted it to bring back confidence to the team.” Nsimbe told the media after the game before adding, ” I thank the players for the spirited performance and commitment.

Asked if the win relieves pressure from him as a coach, the former KCCA FC, Vipers SC and Azam FC manager indicated it was important and will try to build on that.

“It is unfortunate that we have not been winning despite playing some games well but I’m happy that we won against Onduparaka FC and we can only build on that.” He said.

Solomon Walusimbi and Rashid Agau scored a goal in either half to guide the Prison Warders to victory. Rashid Toha scored the consolation for Onduparaka FC.
