Popular Nigerian Pastor Enoch Adeboye and his wife Foluke Adenike Adeboye have this Tuesday arrived in Uganda.
Adeboye touched down at Entebbe International airport yesterday afternoon ahead of Friday’s mega worship night where he will host a leadership conference on Thursday this week at Kololo airstrip.
He was received by the first daughter Natasha Museveni and treated to a reception by First Lady Janet Museveni.
“Thank you @janetmuseveni (First Lady of Uganda) for the warm reception. Uganda will rise and shine bright in the name of Jesus,” Adeboye tweeted.
He added: “It’s time for the Fresh Fire of Revival to fall in Uganda. From the 11th to the 16th Day of June, all roads will lead to Kololo Airstrip in Uganda. Don’t miss it.”
The First lady, according to Christian News, endorsed Adeboye’s gospel gathering in the country, describing him as “an Elijah of our times.”
Pastor Adeboye, who is the General overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God Worldwide, will also meet President Museveni during his 6-day visit.
Adeboye is on 13th June expected to speak Bishops, Apostles, Pastors and Evangelists and marketplace leaders among other people in the ministry, before addressing the nation at Kololo ceremonial grounds on 14th June under the theme ‘greater glory.’
His wife his Foluke Adenike Adeboye on the other hand, will on Saturday 15, speak to women leaders, pastors’ wives at the feast of Esther.
