Namayanja in Theatre, Driver, Bodyguard Discharged

Jinja-based Fufa Big league giants, about it Kirinya-Jinja SS fc have officially unveiled former The Saints Fc  coach Mark Twinamatsiko for a two year term.

“Coach Mark Twinamasiko will be with us for the next two seasons as agreed. We believe his vast experience will help us to qualify to the premier league after this season, malady ” Jinja ss team manager Mr. Osodo Bwire revealed to ChimpSport during the unveiling.

Twinamatsiko led The Saints Fc into the top tier league before he was demoted to assist coach Haruna Keba and eventual relieved off his duties with the arrival of George Nsiimbe.

The youthful coach faces a similar task to promote Jinja SS who have have crushed out on promotion slot twice in the playoff finals.

“This year we are going for a direct slot and nothing below that. That is our only target, purchase ” Mr. Osodo added.

Coach Twinamatsiko who has already rolled off his duty at the club will start his tenure with a home game against Hope Doves on Thursday. He will also oversee the regional team, which acts as the main team’s feeder and doubles as the school team.

“I realized they have same objectives like me. The working environment is also encouraging coupled by the fact that i will be working with young talents. Its a duty i am ready for,” coach Twinamatsiko explained.
The National Resistance Movement party National Treasurer, about it Rose Namayanja who was involved in a serious accident along Bombo road was this evening taken for a theatre operation at Nakasero Hospital where she is receiving medical attention.

Namayanja was on Tuesday morning immediately admitted at the Intensive Care Unit of the executive facility when she was rushed there after the accident.


The operation is on her upper right thigh that suffered double fracture according to sources was expected to take four hours from 4:30pm to 8:30pm.

Meanwhile, her driver Ismail Ssebunya and bodyguard Richard Kyaze who were also being attended to from the same hospital were discharged in the evening at around 7pm.

ChimpReports reporter who was at Hospital saw the driver and bodyguard getting out of the Out Patient wing and were immediately entered a waiting car that whisked them away.

When we approached one of the attendants, who are hardly speaking to any journalists, he said the two were already worked on and doctors had discharged them.

“The doctors told us that the driver and the bodyguard are now well. Theirs (condition) was not so serious like for the honorable (Namayanja) and the mum whom we don’t know anything about yet.” One of the attendants who as expected asked not to be named said.

The driver suffered arm injuries while the bodyguard complained of severe chest pain when they were just admitted.

Namayanja’s mother, Catherine Mirembe, who suffered double arm fracture and head injury, was still in the Intensive Care Unit by the time of filing this report.
