Museveni’s ‘D7’ Task Force Launched to Wipe Mbabazi Out of Kigezi

The three day non-residential course is expected to be attended by over 40 participants who will be handled by several Fifa instructors including Fufa education officer Mr. Jackson Nyiima.

The federation has been on the fore front of professionalizing the local game with much emphasis on education.
The program partner Tangosports, are a local company that provides sporting services for Management Systems and administration skills for sports clubs.
“We aim at promoting sports as it is the only way we can have a better, informed, and knowledgeable generation equipped with sports basics and skills in both management and administration. This is one reason we are part of this course, and we hope the participants will benefit a lot,” the MD Tango Mr. Mutaka sports told Chimp Sports.

This will be the third management course following the previous ones organized for CEO’s and Chairmen of top two leagues early in April and November respectively.
President Yoweri Museveni’s recently appointed task force code-named D7 was on Tuesday launched at Kabale Municipal Stadium.

The task force that is led by tycoon and self acclaimed King Caesar Augustus Mulenga was launched by the state minister of finance and planning David Bahati who represented the Prime Minister Dr David Livingstone Ruhakana Rugunda.

D7 was appointed by the President and NRM Chairman Yoweri Museveni following a meeting he held with a number of leaders from the Kigezi region on November 24th at Gulu State Lodge.

Its main purpose in the south western region is to demobilize the support of the former NRM Secretary General Hon Amama Mbabazi in all the districts in the region including his own Kanungu.

Speaking at the launch, Mulenga said that the first phase of the NRM’s revolution in the country has been finished and that the country is going into the second phase of eradication of poverty.

“If you want to fight poverty and keep the peace that we have in Uganda, you must join us and vote for president Yoweri Museveni in the coming elections,” Said Mulenga.

He then injected in the campaign Shs 300 million that will help them traverse the Kigezi region and Ankole. The team, he said will hold campaigns in Kabale, Kanungu, Rukungiri, Kisoro, Mitooma, Isingiro and Ntungamo.

Minister Bahati said at the launch that Ugandans needed to take note of the impossible promises made by presidential candidates on the opposition side, and realize that they have nothing to offer to the country.
