MTN Uganda has unveiled a new, dynamic and responsive website that further speaks to the ambition of delivering brighter and better digital experiences to its users, including those accessing it via smartphones and other mobile devices, which are now (by far) more used for online access.
“The new, uncluttered website www.mtn.co.ug provides a clear message on what exactly the telecommunication really is, what it stands for and does.
Our newly refreshed website provides a window through which we will continue introducing new and more convenient experiences for users of MTN services,” explained Martin Sebuliba, MTN Uganda – Senior Manager Brand & Communications.
The refreshed and more interactive website boasts a clean design, intuitive plus consistent site wide navigation, with improved menu functionality that directs you to the information most relevant to you yet giving you the full bouquet of information about MTN and its services.
The website is also fully responsive with mobile devices making it easy to navigate a wide range of web browsers and portable devices.
The site features social media buttons for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and WhatsApp to foster integrated communications with other online communities.
MTN will continue optimizing the website by integrating products and services functionality, constantly updating content with helpful information, articles, blogs and other corporate information.
Sebuliba also added that, “Giving customers the best digital experience is key to maintaining great relationships with them.
We want to ensure that our website compliments our efforts to build positive customer experiences and promote the benefits that come with a modern connected world.”
