
More amazing performances and fun filled activities have been today’s higlight as the 12th edition of the Bayimba festival came to an end on Sunday 4.

Bayimba festival of the arts has been regarded undoubtedly the number one event that offers exciting artistic experiences to all audiences with both Uganda’s and international artists and upcoming artists showcasing their talents.

The festival which has for many years been happening at the National Theatre not until August 2018 when it was launched to Lunkulu Island in Mukono,is one of the kind that presents unparalleled feast of great Music,dance,theatre and art exhibitions among others.

The four day event saw amazing performances from Poets,dancers,DJs and singers including; Gravity Omutujju,Iddi Masaba,Faizal Mostrixx,Kenneth Mugabi,Teso’s Benjamin Prince and Jamaica’s Jah Lex among others.

The climax was on Saturday 3 when singers Kenneth Mugabi, Aziz Azion and the Music legendary Sammy Kasule whose extra ordinary performances kept revelers warm in the middle of the cold Island.

Revelers were seen enjoying every perfomances, with many dancing and singing along to every line of Aziz Azion’s ‘Wampisa’ hit song among other songs.

The festival concluded on Sunday 4 with more amazing performances from Sandra Suubi who kick started the day’s program which exactly went as planned amidst the heavy down pour that started in Saturday night till about 10:00Pm.

Apio Moro later on took on to the stage and performed her hits, she was then followed by Tanzania’s Leo Mkanya who equally entertained the revelers.

The day was later on wrapped with DJ Shiru’s magical Music mixes that engaged every reveler in dancing and cheering the legendary spin master.
