13-time Uganda Premier League winners Kampala Capital City Authority Football Club (KCCA FC) have confirmed the departure of midfielder Sadam Juma.
The crafty midfielder Juma leaves the StarTimes Stadium following the expiry of his three-year contract at the club.
Sadam Juma came into limelight while featuring for Victoria University (now defunct) before joining Vipers Sports Club and later Express FC.
He signed for rivals KCCA FC in 2017 before scoring his first goal against FUS Rabat and later Al Ahly in the CAF Champions League at the Namboole stadium.
Juma is among the long list of players who have been deemed surplus to the requirement at Lugogo including Jackson Nunda, Erisa Ssekisambu, Jamil Malyamungu, Tom Ikara, Mike Mutyaba (retired), Eric Ssenjobe, and Mustafa Kizza who signed for Montreal Impact in the Major League Soccer.
Others players expected to leave the UPL giants are midfielder Muzamir Mutyaba and Nicholas Kasozi.
The Kasasiro boys have however, signed Stefano Mazengo Loro, Charles Lwanga, Ashraf Mugume, Denis Iguma, Bright Anukani, Brian Aheebwa and Samson Kigozi Dominic Ayella (Soccer academy graduate).
